Follow these simple steps before SUBMITTING YOUR RIDE and you can’t go wrong!

#1 DIRTY!!
You all want to wash your 4by’s before sending us pic… WHY!!
It’s an off-road machine, if she’s dirty, we want to see it – mud, dirt, sand – whatever you’ve got going on, send us your baby in the state it was born to be in!
#2 PICK YOUR SETTING WISELY - FOCUS IS EVERYTHING
Remember – you’re taking snaps to highlight the rims – focus your smartphone or camera to highlight them, not the side mirrors!
I just love seeing your tuff new rides at the local shops or carpark with 20 other vehicles in the background haha! Doesn’t matter where you live – you don’t have to go far to find a shit hot space where that ride of yours is going to be the prime focus.
#3 ANGLE, ANGLE, ANGLES!
This is my #1 fav for sure. It’s all about the angles peoples. You picked damn sexy rims so I’m confident you know what looks good and what doesn’t.
Get down low and go go go! Crouching tiger at tyre height, go wide, go deep, walk around your vehicle, angle the front wheel into the body and get that pic from the front corner – that is how it’s done.
#4 TO SUN OR NOT TO SUN?
Don’t take pics at night & send them in! It can wait until the AM. When you’re taking images of rims on your ride, keep the sun directly behind you, especially in the afternoon.
Picture perfect!
#5 PLATES
Totally up to you on whether you want tp cover your number plates or show them off.
If you’re unsure how to do it – just make a note when you SUBMIT YOUR RIDE and we can cover them up.
#6 HOW MANY IS TOO MANY
In my opinion, there’s never enough perfect shots of your ride! But we only need your BEST.
It’s ideal to get a full side on, full angle showing where rims (and tyres) are in relation to guards, a rear shot and off course the get down low, angled wheel shot.
POSITION IS EVERYTHING
If you only use one idea, it’s better than none!
